Creekside Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Lawn & Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews and ensure top-quality service for our residential and commercial clients.

This is a hands-on supervisory role—you’ll be working in the field, leading by example, managing crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Year-round employment available (seasonal landscaping with off-season maintenance and snow operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead lawn & landscape maintenance crews
• Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
• Ensure quality control on all mowing, trimming, edging, and maintenance work
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Communicate with management and clients as needed
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or property maintenance
• Previous supervisory or crew-lead experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
