Creekside Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman (Hardscaping) to lead our hardscape crews and deliver high-quality outdoor projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape construction.

This is a hands-on leadership position—you’ll be working alongside your crew, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hardscaping crews on site
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and landscape features
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and elevations
• Ensure proper base prep, grading, and drainage
• Maintain quality control and job-site safety
• Train and mentor crew members
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily tasks
• Communicate progress and issues with management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hardscaping and landscape construction
• Prior foreman or crew-lead experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of base preparation, pavers, and retaining wall systems
• Ability to operate landscaping and construction equipment
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
